A Health Coaching Philosophy
Health and wellness are confusing. I understand. It seems that there is a new diet out there every year that is going to be the cure for all, new diet pills that will shed the pounds in weeks There are so much information and misinformation that contradicts every other diet out there about the best way to eat and live. Knowing what is effective and a myth is a challenge on its own.
Unfortunately, most of us don't have time in our busy lives to try out all of these diets and see if one works for each of us. That's where health coaching comes in. As your coach, I will bring you back into alignment with the very basics of how we should be looking at food and what we should be eating and once and for all help you understand the misinformation about dieting the media has portrayed it to be. This is about sustainable changes you can implement in your day to day life that will not burn you out but in turn, these small micro changes become a ripple effect that will facilitate bigger changes throughout your lifestyle. I like to say, "MICRO CHANGES, MACRO RESULTS"
